I love the while dish. I also love le Creuset and use mine a lot. My favorite dish I make in mine is Chicken stew with buscuits. It has lots of butter and a bit of cream and pearl onions. Not good for you but so delicious. If I won I would give it to my daughter and teach her how to make it.
And I am already a follower of your lovely site.

Goedemorgen,

Hello Desiree,
I would love to win one of these pots! Wow great giveaway! I have always wanted one of those!
Hope you are having a great week!
Take Care,
Maria
I love the home of Paul Massey, think it has to be my favourite. I feel that it's very "Laila", so I could have moved right in. (Maybe not with Paul, I think my husband would have been a bit jalous then;-))
I wish you and your American and Canadian readers luck with the giveaway! Beautiful day to you, Desiree!! Hugs from Laila
I just love your blog!!
As a french person but living in scandinavia I would say that my favourite dish is "Tartiflette"!!!
Dat is nog 'ns a give away! But overseas everything is much bigger!
Groeten,
Claudia
Groetjes Michaja
I have followed your beautiful blog for a while, it's inspirational.
One of my favorites is risotto, here is one variation.
Chorizo risotto
400 g of aborio rice
garlic clove
approx 1 litre of stock (vegetable or chicken)
1 courgette chopped
1 shallot onion chopped fine
chorizo sausages chopped
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
parmiggiano or pecorino
(home made pesto)
In a heavy based pot add a little olive oil and gently braise the onion, chorizo, garlic and courgette
Add aborio rice and toast off for about 4 minutes until very translucent in appearance
In a pot heat the stock and keep it very hot to add to aborio rice shortly
Stand back slightly and add about 1/3 of stock to the aborio rice (do not lean into the steam) and get ready to stir. Keep stirring, and after about 8 minutes add some more stock, cook until liquid is absorbed.
Add few table spoonfulls pesto if you like (I always have some pesto frozen in ice cube tray), salt and pepper to taste, shave parmiggiano on top. Texture should be al dente and velvety.
I make risottos quite often, they are delicious and quite fast to prepare.
Thank you for the invitation. I love the eight quart white pot. Perfect for pasta!!

Monday soup. I make a veggie beef soup every Monday in the winter here in Texas, USA. It seems to ward off what may being passed around the schools etc. I subsitute large mushrooms in place of the beef to make it all veggie. The family loves it. Oh with some sweet cornbread too. I lke the blue dish.
I just discovered your blog today. Lucky me! I love it!
One of my all time favorite recipes is my mother's chicken and dumplings.
I am joining your blog as well.
Cheers!

happy june and thank you again!

Hi Desiree, Wow , this is my first time on your blogg site and I know i'll love it! I am so intrigued by the grey colours on your home page pictures, awesome.
I can't tell you how much I want a Le creuset pot, specifically to cook lamb shanks in. I don't eat red meat myself but I get the greatest of pleasure cooking them for family and friends. I just love that they look like so much work went into them but know (secretly) they were just slapped into the oven!
My last lamb shank vessel cracked when i took it out the oven so would love a le creuset!
That kitchen is gorgeous - and so is that Le Creuset stock pot! One of my favorite things to make is homemade chicken stock. It's amazing how a chicken carcass, some water, and a few handfuls of vegetables can turn into something so amazingly flavorful just by simmering on the stove all day. It tastes miles better than anything storebought, makes even the simplest soups wonderful, and freezes beautifully.
P.S. I just discovered your blog last week and love it! : )
Love le Creuset! The white is beautiful. My favorite dish TODAY is the baby back ribs I made last night, boiling them in a pot very similar to the one you are giving away! Ribs + onion + garlic boiled for 45 minutes, smear with your favorite BBQ sauce and bake for 20-30 minutes at 400. YUM!
Also, I'm a follower! I'd love to win.
I love that kitchen and I love Le Creuset even better! I am in! I am already a follower of you wonderful blog! ~lulu
The white stockpot! I love to make soup, and my favorites are zuppa toscana and creamy white chili~both are super easy.
I'm also a new follower. :)
my favorite recipe right now is gluten free peanut butter cookies! but I would use the le creuset for chicken cacciatore! grazie!
Since we are vegetarians and I do not cook that much, I would say my favorite dish would be a jasmine rice with almonds and veggies (anything in the fridge) that my huby 'throws together' with coconut milk and curry.
Now if by 'dish' you mean the literal, I would say then it would be the giant pasta bowl that he presents the above recipe!
I love the Le Creuset white pot, if I had that I would probably make beef stew or crab cioppino since we are a fishing family. Nice that it is one pot, one mess and yummy!
Donna
In all honesty, I'm just making my foray back into the cooking world after having my husband spoil me rotten for 5 years. A new job, though (his) has forced me back in front of the oven and since my repertoire isn't all that vast yet, I'll fall back on my old standard - I love making spaghetti & meatballs. And that means I hand roll the meatballs (after fillin' 'em with all sorts of spices & stuff) and bake them first, plus I doctor up my sauce a lot. Except for handmaking the pasta, my s'ghetti is all mine. And it's awesome comfort food. As long as you remember the garlic bread... :)
I have been following your blog for a couple of months tipped off by Miss Beach Cottage. I love white on white and live by a beach myself!
Donna
I love this kitchen as well. I would love to have a chance to win the white Le Creuset in which to make my Chicken soup a la Provence.
Pam
I love any pasta dish!! Yeah great giveaway!!
Already a follower!! Love your blog and love this giveaway!!
Favorite dish...probably a great macaroni and cheese with all of the GOOD stuff - no skimping here. Divine! Just found your blog from A Beach Cottage. Signing up to be a follower. Great photos!
:) Judy
I love the white pot. I'm not much of a cook, though. I guess I'll have to learn (lol)!
I've added you to my blog list, and I'm already a follower. ;-)
Have a great day!
Hugs ~ Jo
you know it's not so much one thing I love as more of a a style I love. i am a sucker for Italian food.
Ooh that white stock pot is gorgeous. My favorite dish...oh goodness. I think it would be chicken spirelli - chicken and pasta in a rosemary-leek-garlic-cream sauce. Yum. Also, garlic-mushrooms-chicken-cream sauce crepes.
Although, I do like just about anything with lots of butter and cream. ;)
I love the white dish also. I always love lentil soup, probably because I live in the chilly Pacific Northwest!
I am a new follower of your blog also, it looks fab.
I am a new follower and love your blog. Do visit mone when you get the chance. Would love to hear from you.
Gumbo-that's what that pot needs! Steaming hot gumbo with chicken, sausage, crab, and shrimp. There's nothing better on a cold wet winter day.
thanks for letting me know about this :) I've been so backed up on reading blogs since the shop launch! What an amazing giveaway. I'd love to take that huge white Le Creuset pot and try my hand at braised short ribs, paired with some parsnip smash.
Yummy giveaway! If I was the owner of the beautiful white pot, I'd try to make a roast dinner, similar (although no chance of being as good as) the ones's my mum used to make when I was little.
Yummy giveaway! If I was the owner of the beautiful white pot, I'd try to make a roast dinner, similar (although no chance of being as good as) the ones's my mum used to make when I was little.
I love making my mother's world famous roast, and I would LOVE the white!
Je suis une follower, aussi!
A favorite dish of mine is seafood gu, but I also love Pasta Primavera made from scratch with loads of fresh veggies.
Somehow the 'mbo' was stolen off of the "gu" in my last post ...it was supposed to be gumbo! I am following on GFC. :)
I love your blog! The big white pot is so pretty, I can imagine myself making chicken and dumplings in it like my Granny always did :)
Priscilla
I have several favorite recipes but I currently cannot get enough of my vegetarian stuffed peppers. I made them for dinner a few nights ago and am making them again tomorrow, and my hubby said he wants to eat them all weekend! :)
Consider me a new follower!
My favorite dish is Corned Beef and Cabbage. Both of these pieces, offered in the giveaway, would be great to make this dish in, but since I would have to choose, I would choose the Blue Rachael Ray pan.
I follow you via Google Friends Connect.

My "LEFT-OVER TURKEY SOUP" needs a new pot...
Leftover turkey from 1 turkey-I just throw in the whole carcass - remove it later while always surprised how much delicious meeting is hiding around the bones
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
3 cubes or 3 tsp. chicken bouillon-(yes bouillon, for you purists...it works better than broth in this recipe)
1 bay leaf
6 c. water
1/2 c. rice or 1 c. noodles
3 med. carrots
2 stalks celery, sliced
2 med. onions, sliced or chopped
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 sm. can tomato sauce
In a large saucepan or pot combine first 5 ingredients. Simmer covered for 1 1/2 hours. Remove bones, cut off meat and return meat to broth. Add remaining ingredients to broth. Simmer covered 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
I cant enter as I am in Australia, but I did want to say that kitchen is lovely and I love the white cast iron pans!
Ness xx
't Is vrijdag, dus lekker makkelijk vandaag hoor Dees.
Just wanted to say this is a very nice offering!!!!!!I have too many so don't pick me, but I use them all! Maryanne;) Oh, and I'm digging the recipes.......
I am a follower~ enter me as one! and i'll let you know my favorite recipie, but i'm at work right now... :) Thanks for this giveway! I live in an old brick farmhouse that my grandfather and mother was raised in! The white pan would look WONDERFUL! :) i love love it!
lieve groet Gea
Hi Desiree - I'm happily following your wonderful bog and just loving it! :) Since my hubby does all the cooking (and I will never admit to being a good cook), I'll keep my recipe short and sweet - literally! lol!
1 cup of your favorite vanilla yogurt
Thrown in a handful of fresh blackberries, cherries, or strawberries
Mix gently
Enjoy!
Doesn't get any simpler than that!
thanks for the great giveaway!!! my fave recipe for a while now--especially great for summer is
Southwestern salad:
lettuce, tomato, drained corn, drained and rinsed black beans, grated cheddar cheese, crushed tortilla chips,
and home made dressing: 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup lime juice, lots of cilantro minced, 1 large clove garlic minced, 1 jalapeno minced, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp cumin mixed well and poured over salad.
soooooo yummy!
Well, looks like my comment didn't work so I'll try again.
Just found your blog from A Beach Cottage, and it's wonderful, as is your giveaway!!!
My favorite dish is something I recently learned how to make. It's a fritata made with eggs, a little bit of onion, mushrooms, zucchini, cheese, and corn. So easy, and so YUMMY!!

Madelon

I adore Le Creuset! There's nothing better than a roast beef dinner simmering away all day long in one of those...the flavors are ah-mazing!
(crossing my fingers my number is pulled!!)
This kitchen is a dream! Hi from Switzerland, Sandra
I would love to have the white one. Thank you!
I am now a follower, and I would love to have the white soup pot.
Thanks!
I LOVE the white Le Creuset line and would be delirious if I won their stockpot!!!
My favorite recipe is Orangette's Winning Hearts and Minds cake. But, as far as stews and soups go, it's got to be the Sweet Potato and Spinach soup off the Smitten Kitchen blog.
Thank you for such a fabulous giveaway!
how lovely! i have been "eyeing" one of those le creuset pots for a long time! would LOVE to win! thanks for the opportunity!

Would absolutely love to make my favorite dish, homemade soup with crusty french bread, in that beautiful white pot! Thanks so much-I am already a dedicated follower!
The kitchen is perfect. White and pristine and clean and perfect.
I like the white one - plus my husband has been eyeing a stock pot (what can I say, I am not so handy in the kitchen).
My favorite recipe is a chili recipe that my husband and I always make together. I would love to own a piece of le Creuset. The blue is beautiful and would go great in my kitchen.
I just became a follower of your blog. Have watched your blog for about a month but not become a follower until now. Love it!
One of my favorite recipes is Cola Roast. My kids don't like roast normally, but love this - and it's made in the crock pot, so easy!
1 Beef Roast
1 can Cola (Coke or Pepsi - NOT diet)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Mix cola and soups together in crock pot. Add roast - push it down so the liquid covers it.
Cook on low 6-8 hours.
