Still wondering where I could see it in real live. I have come across some similar lamps like the one made of Bamboo from Ay Illuminate as seen in this post Living in white with black accents and of course there are the little ones first seen at the VT Wonen Pop up Shop the other week that slightly look like them. More pictures of the Parisian apartment of Paola Navone below.
Update: After a chat at facebook.. I suddenly realized I had seen it in Paris.. Jeezz I even made a picture of it... at MERCI

For who is interested in the white lamp.. Here are another two pictures from the Koushi lamp (Création Mark Eden Schooley) from Serendipity in France. On the first picture the big sized and on the second picture are the smaller ones...
Sindsdien is het de achtergrond foto op mijn laptop. Ik zou de lamp wel eens in het echt willen zien maar ben er dus nog niet achter waar deze verkocht wordt. Wel ben ik een aantal tegen gekomen die een beetje in de buurt kwamen. Zoals de Bamboo lamp van Ay Illuminate uit deze post Living in white with black accents en ik zie ook wel wat overeenkomsten met de lampjes die ik vorige week in de VTWonen Pop Up Store zag hangen.
Update: Na een chat op facebook.. realiseerde ik mij ineens weer waar ik de lamp gezien moet hebben.. Jeezz Ik heb er zelfs een foto van gemaakt bij MERCI

Nog even terug komen op je prachtige reportage in de Ikea. Ik had het nog niet gezien maar na het bezoek op je blog zag ik de link in de sidebar staan en toen zag ik je zomaar in de ikea staan, is dat leuk! Heel proffesioneel echt een super mooie reportage, gefeliciteerd en wat zal je trots zijn:-)

I tried to find that white lamp for a year or so. I finally decided to make two similar. They hang over my dining room table. Love them!
I love the feel of this apartment/studio space. I always wanted one when I was in my 20's. That sofa is great lined up with the bistro tables instead of a coffee table. Brillant idea! That lamp is so cool. I think my friend Dore could create one for you...email her.

Die lampen (zijn ze met kaasdoek gemaakt?) ben ik nog in geen enkel magazine tegengekomen en dat wil wat zeggen als je bedenkt dat ik zowat elk interieurtijdschrift in huis heb, haha! :D
Zou het niet toch een zelfgemaakte lamp zijn? Vind het wel een mooi stuk en het lijkt me niet zo moeilijk voor een goede metaalbewerker (hihi) om zo´n exemplaar te maken, althans: het ijzeren frame. De rest eromheen is dan vervolgens kinderspel.

De lamp doet me denken aan die mooie grote witte wensballonnen. Die hebben wij met oud & nieuw opgelaten, een magische aanblik.
Als je maar lang genoeg graaft in je geheugen..hihi.
Al gaat dat wel steeds stroever en langer duren.

I've spent the last 2 days looking at the Koshi lamp on the internet pondering if I go for it this weekend in Paris or not...
